    Field Agent

    The field collections module also has specialized screens to help supervisors optimize work force management. Supervisors can track field collectors’ location, see planned and taken routes, view statistics and the results of the field collections activities. Portfolios can be reassigned in real time using specialized field collections assignment modules. Supervisors also have full access to the field collections module in iCS Mobile.
